Your Patient Advocate
The Patient Advocate office at Johnson Memorial Hospital is designed to give patients a tool for addressing any concerns or questions they may have about the care they received.
To contact the Patient Advocate Office, you can call 317.346.3929, Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, or you can also get in touch by completing the form below. When completed, select the “Submit” button. The message will be sent to the Patient Advocate Office and they will contact you as soon as possible (generally on the next business day).
If this is an emergency, call 911. If you are currently an inpatient and need immediate assistance, ask to speak to the department manager or director; after hours you can ask to speak to the Nursing Supervisor. Additionally, we cannot answer questions about specific medical conditions, and we strongly recommend that you talk to your primary care provider. Please call your provider’s office or utilize the Patient Portal for scheduling appointments or requesting medication refills.
All requests submitted will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
