Health Screenings
Johnson Memorial Health believes in and promotes proactive approaches to good health. Our testing programs, routine examinations and vaccinations are available through our providers.
Preventive Health Care Screenings are not covered by health insurance plans (with the exception of colonoscopy). Test results will be provided to the patient. Once you submit the request for a screening and if scheduling is needed, we will contact you within one business day to schedule your screening, discuss payment and answer any questions you may have about the screening.

Screening tests can find precancerous polyps, so that they can be removed before they turn into cancer. Screening tests can also find colorectal cancer early when treatment works best. Your health insurance policy may cover colorectal cancer screening tests without a deductible or co-pay.
