Effective Monday, June 8, the JMH Pediatrics practice will consolidate into one location:

1125 West Jefferson Street
Building 1159, Suite 304
Franklin, Indiana

The Greenwood Pediatrics building on U.S. 31 will close after Friday, June 5 and our providers will move to the Franklin location effective June 8.

The Women’s Care office in Whiteland will close after Friday, June 5.

Beginning Monday, June 8, the practice will be consolidated into one location:
